A passion for Chemistry, education and student success became the foundation of Educhem Chemistry Classes.
Pratik Ghosh, Founder & CEO of Educhem Chemistry Classes, holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Vidyasagar University. His journey in education has been shaped by a strong desire to make Chemistry simpler, more accessible and more meaningful for students.
Before building Educhem, Pratik Ghosh worked in both academic and professional environments. His experience includes working as a Junior Research Chemist at TCG Lifescience Pvt. Ltd., serving as a Guest Teacher at a Government Higher Secondary School, and working as a Lecturer in Chemistry at a Diploma Engineering College.
His teaching philosophy is centred around making Chemistry engaging, accessible and easier to understand, while giving students the personalised guidance and mentoring they need to progress with confidence.

Educhem began with a simple purpose — to help students understand Chemistry better and prepare for their academic and competitive examinations with greater confidence.

Educhem was established in 2017 by Pratik Ghosh after observing the confusion and pressure faced by students preparing for JEE Main & Advanced, NEET UG, WBJEE, Foundation and Board examinations.

Limited and outdated learning resources in smaller towns inspired the idea of creating a focused learning environment where students could receive quality Chemistry education, structured study materials and personalised guidance.
From a Small Table to a Specialised Chemistry Centre
The journey started with preparing study materials for JEE aspirants and working from a small table space at home. Over time, this small beginning grew into a specialised Chemistry coaching centre focused on concepts, practice, assessment and student support.
